To connect with young people who share my interests and passions, and to learn more about regenerative agriculture so that I can apply this new knowledge in my work as a chef.

Studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University
Since then I have taken a career change into food by attending Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland
I became a private chef with a passion for great ingredients: local, seasonal, nourishing and regenerative.
I am learning on the job as the food course coordinator at Groundschool - a new learning centre for food and farming in Hertfordshire.
