Ticket Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility you need. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event: If you cancel your ticket or reservation at least 14 days before the event, you are eligible for a full refund. This gives us the opportunity to reallocate the space and resources to someone else, as many of our tickets are subsidised.

Cancellations made within 1 weeks of the event: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the event, we can offer a 50% refund. At this stage, we will have already secured event resources, and we will try our best to reallocate the space.

Cancellations made within 1 week of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as event preparations and resource allocation will already be finalised.

If it's a free event: Please notify us as soon as possible to help us accommodate other attendees.
