About the event

This unique course offers essential and practical training for professional and volunteer facilitators working in a rural environment. It is suited to those at the start of an advisory or facilitation career and those with more experience.

Delivered over three incremental modules, this 5 day course develops delegates' Individual, Team and Project-level inter-personal skills to enhance your effectiveness as a facilitator of landscape, environmental and rural community projects.

Developed by Ruralink in collaboration with the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG), it has regenerative and local delivery principles at its heart.

Whether you are working on a large-scale landscape level project, a smaller farm based project or volunteering in a local community scheme, this course will show you how to get the best from yourself, and the team and the project community around you.

The course is delivered by Ruralink and is 100% in-person

Participants earn 2 BASIS points.
