Educational/training highlights

I've always had an interest in food, although my relationship with it through university waned a bit. However, it soon picked up again while delivering food education workshops in primary schools. During the pandemic I completed an MSc in Sustainable Development while working at an organic retailer and cheffing at a local city farm in Bristol. During this period I started an Instagram account called 50 Ways To Cook to document my food journey. However, it has since become a Community Interest Company delivering food education workshops across Bristol aiding the transition to circular food systems.

How I can support other members

Delivering food education workshops on circular food and creating urban community composting initiatives.

My next steps

Securing funding for a 12-month food education and community composting project.
