Why I joined EmGen
To meet like-minded people who I could socialise and share knowledge with whilst transitioning into the field of agroecology- which at the time was feeling a bit lonely and unknown
Interests
Agroecology, regenerative agriculture, soil health, food systems.
“The Em Gen community shows that there are so many ways you can get involved in food and farming. Everyone has a valuable skill or piece of knowledge to bring to the conversation.”
Knowledge signposts
The WWOOFing network - there are some really cool farms out there looking for volunteers. When farms look after volunteers well it can be a great opportunity to meet people and learn 'in the field'
