​Passionate about farming, food systems and storytelling?  We’re looking for a creative, proactive communicator to help grow our digital community and deliver inspiring events that enable, encourage and empower young people to lead change in food & farming 🌾

Role: Communication & Events Assistant (Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract)
Contract: 1 Dec 2025 – 30 Nov 2026 (start date flexible)
Location: Remote, with fortnightly in-person meetings in Gloucestershire
Salary: £25,000 pro rata (0.4 FTE = approx. £10,000/year)
Hours: Equivalent to 2 days/week – flexible working pattern

You’ll:
- Create engaging content for our website, newsletter & social channels
- Help plan and deliver farm walks, workshops & meet-ups
- Support our growing member network
- Be part of a youth-led community for a regenerative food future

​

We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a flair for storytelling and digital content creation (social, blog, or video)
- Is organised, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively
- Shares our passion for food and farming that does better for people and planet
- Ideally, has experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Wix, and Google Suite
